dsh-cache-miss
提示缓存未命中（cache miss）时，在重建缓存的 assistant 回复下方显示一条黄色缓存提示，展示未缓存（uncached）重新计费（re-billed）的输入 token、缓存命中 token 与首字延迟（TTFT）。
